I design the places where a marketplace's two halves meet: the seller's first listing, the buyer's first delivery, the dispute that could go either way. Before that I spent three years in fintech, which taught me that the moments involving money are the ones where design has to be flawless.
I work best embedded with small teams, close to the data and closer to the users. My process is unglamorous: talk to the people who churned, map the moment trust breaks, prototype the fix, and ship it in slices small enough to measure.
